The products and services for sale at www.cacia.eu are available for end-users (“final consumers”), hereinafter referred to as CUSTOMER, as well as entities that acquire them within the scope of their commercial, industrial, artisanal, or professional area, with a differential price. Placing orders is restricted to minors (under 18). The customer commits itself to provide true and accurate information to allow us to correctly process their orders.

By using this website, the customer agrees with the terms of access, use, and sales. We reserve the right to remove or change the Terms & Conditions, as well as the available products and services. All amendments will be posted on our website www.cacia.eu.

CACIA uses an advanced security system for its servers through a digital SSL certificate that encrypts data and protects all the information of its customers. Payment details are not stored.

The authorship of these descriptions is the responsibility of the manufacturers and distributors of the given products. If there’s any discrepancy with the real characteristics of the product, it is the customer's right to terminate the contract of purchase under the applicable legal terms.

If the information given does not match the characteristics of the products, the retail selling price to the public, or correct information about the product's availability, the customer will be informed and will have exclusively the right to rescind the purchase.

The prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. In the case of end of stock, CACIA won’t guarantee stock replenishment. If an order is processed and verified, and still the stock ends, CACIA will inform you of this and reimburse the paid amounts within a deadline of 30 days from the day when the end of stock was noticed.

Prices

Prices presented by CACIA include VAT (IVA) at the legal rate in force and are shown in euros. The price of the products is subject to change, reserving CACIA the right to do so with no prior notice. Orders will be processed at the shown price unless there’s any error. In this case, CACIA reserves the right not to process the order, informing the customer. To the value of the products are added the transportation costs borne by the customer, and they will be duly explained and presented to the customer before placing the order.
