Payment methods

At CACIA, we currently accept several payment methods so that our customers can find the most suitable option.

Payments should always be made in euros (€) and, according to each market, we offer the following options:

ATM (Multibanco) reference:

When an order is placed, CACIA sends a confirmation email with the necessary data for the customer to proceed to the payment – entity, reference, and total amount. With these, the customer can pay either in an ATM (Multibanco) machine or through home banking using the option Payments or Pay. If the customer does not complete the payment up to 2 days after placing the order, CACIA reserves the right to cancel it, subsequently not guaranteeing stock availability. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend that the payment is promptly made right after receiving the email.

Paypal

Paying with Paypal is fast and safe. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create it at www.paypal.com or when placing your order. CACIA won’t keep any information related to the customer’s Paypal account – that information is dealt with outside the company.

Bank transfer

In the confirmation email that we send after placing an order, we also make our IBAN available so that the customer can make a transfer. With this, the customer can proceed to the payment either in an ATM (Multibanco) machine or through home banking using the option Transfers or Transfer. If the customer does not complete the payment up to 2 days after placing the order, CACIA reserves itself the right to cancel it, subsequently not guaranteeing stock availability. To ensure timely delivery, we recommend that the payment is promptly made right after receiving the email.

MBWAY

Our customers can buy online quickly and safely with MB WAY at CACIA. When placing an order and choosing the payment method on our website, select the option MB WAY. After that, insert the phone number linked to the MB WAY account and confirm the order in the online app through the notification received on the phone or in the activity area.
